Meet Our Doctors

 I am excited to have this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Brock Krygier. I am honored that Drs. Gauss, Gschwind, and Beauchamp have chosen me to carry on their legacy at Seaway Dental. 

I want to share a little bit about myself. I come from a hockey family, and some of my earliest memories in life were on the ice. My father played professionally for the Hartford Whalers, Anaheim Ducks, and Washington Capitals.  I played youth hockey in the metro Detroit area and played junior hockey against the Port Huron Fighting Falcons. I had the privilege of playing Division 1 college hockey for both Michigan State and Arizona State during my academic studies. Now, I enjoy playing recreationally on Sundays in my adult men’s hockey league.

  I knew from a young age I wanted to become a dentist. I studied Human Biology at Michigan State University for my undergraduate degree, and then continued with my master’s degree at Arizona State University. Finally, I earned my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit. Since graduation, I have been working as a dentist in Flint, Michigan. I married my wife, Emma, in 2023.   Emma works as a nurse at Corewell Health (formerly Beaumont) Hospital in Royal Oak.   We enjoy preparing home-cooked meals, exercising, traveling, and spending time with family.

     I want to thank you in advance for entrusting me with caring for your oral healthcare needs.  I want to assure you that I will continue to provide the exceptional quality of care to which you are accustomed. Dr. Gauss, Dr. Gschwind, Dr. Beauchamp, and I have met regularly over the past year to confirm that our philosophy of care is aligned and suited to ensure a seamless and comfortable transition. Furthermore, the same compassionate and devoted staff you have known for years will continue with me as we move forward.

     I look forward to meeting each of you over the next few months and hope to establish a lasting relationship, providing you and your families with unparalleled dental care for years to come.
